[COLOR="blue"][FONT="Trebuchet MS"]Dev Mercer was born in Washington D.C., United States of America on the 26th Day in the month of November,1989. His father, Juan Mercer, was a US Marine and mother, Michelle Mercer, was a Professor in a local college. Dev had two siblings, Shiv Mercer and Raul Mercer. He was the eldest of the three. In 1995, Dev's father was posted to Afghanistan and in 2001 he became the head of the forces stationed there.[/FONT][/COLOR]

[SIZE="3"][COLOR="red"][FONT="Book Antiqua"]Leaving D.C.[/SIZE][/COLOR][/FONT]



[COLOR="blue"][FONT="Trebuchet MS"]All this while the other Mercers, stayed in D.C. where they had an Ancestral house. Dev's father always wanted him to go into the Armed forces but Dev was really never interested. In 2008, when Dev completed his Graduation his father forced him to apply for the armed forces, Dev was not interested, he had other things in mind.[/FONT][/COLOR]

[SIZE="3"][COLOR="red"][FONT="Book Antiqua"]Los Santos[/SIZE][/COLOR][/FONT]



[COLOR="blue"][FONT="Trebuchet MS"]In order to get away from his father Dev left his house and moved to Los Santos. He had heard that Los Santos was a wonderful city which gave a lot of avenues to people and so he decided to move to the city.

Dev was just a Graduate and so he decided to study further and joined the San Andreas State University from where he did Post Graduation in Criminology.[/COLOR][/FONT]

[SIZE="3"][COLOR="red"][FONT="Book Antiqua"]Criminal Life[/SIZE][/COLOR][/FONT]



[COLOR="blue"][FONT="Trebuchet MS"]Dev had just completed his studies when he got caught into a web and was drawn into the criminal world. It all happened one night when Dev was returning from a Disco. He was headed home, when he saw a man get shot in the middle of the street. The man killed was an innocent civilian, all because he didn't pay money to the man with the gun. The man with the gun spotted Dev and threatened to kill him if he told anyone anything, especially the police. Dev soon learnt that he was one of the most dangerous criminals in the city. Dev never got to know his name but he was forced to go into the crime world and that was the turning point in his life.[/COLOR][/FONT]

Crime God[/SIZE][/FONT][/COLOR]

[COLOR="blue"][FONT="Trebuchet MS"]Dev worked for the man, he had to, his life was at stake. But one day, that man who Dev had only seen and spoken to, died. An investigation by the FBI revealed that he had been murdered and alao revealed his name, he was Kimounaimo Romanio. Dev laughed when he first heard his name, but Dev also learned that Kimounaimo had left all his Crime Empire to him.

Dev had worked for Kimounaimo for over a decade and he had become a trusted man. Dev was happy and worried at the same time, he was now the Crime King of Los Santos, he no longer had to work for Kimo, he was the boss now, but what worried him was that now, he would be in the Limelight, the LSPD, FBI, Interpol everyone would be behind him. Dev was about to leave the business when he was introduced to a man by his cousin.[/COLOR][/FONT]

Jack "Panther" McHarley[/SIZE][/FONT][/COLOR]



[COLOR="blue"][FONT="Trebuchet MS"]Dev was introduced to Jack during a Horse Race by his cousin. Jack was a totally different breed, a one of a kind. He was generally dressed in the attire of a biker. He just loved bikes. That made Dev wonder what he was doing at a horse race, maybe it was God's wish to make the two meet.

Dev slowly learnt that Jack operated the biggest biker gang in the state of San Andreas, added to that he owned a couple of farms a gas station and the list went on. Dev and Jack started to meet regularly, Jack got to know Dev, about his criminal life and so did Dev. Dev learnt that Jack was a very useful person. He was into everything, a very well known man around San Andreas, he had earned his respect. He had his name in the criminal world and also knew big shots in the Government, LSPD and the FBI.[/COLOR][/FONT]

The Patch Up[/SIZE][/FONT][/COLOR]



[COLOR="blue"][FONT="Trebuchet MS"]Dev began to bond with Jack, the two started to become more than friends, they cared for each other like brothers. Jack recommended that Dev shift to 'The Farm', a farm which was owned and operates by Jack, located close to San Fierro. Since Dev and Jack had already started a couple of ventures together, Dev looked at it as another 'Golden Opportunity'. Dev bought an Office right next to Jack's house and that was that. It was the beginning of a whole new thing.[/COLOR][/FONT]

The Drive[/SIZE][/FONT][/COLOR]



[COLOR="blue"][FONT="Trebuchet MS"]Dev asked Jack if he'd like to go out for a drive with him and obviously Jack agreed. As they were cruising through the streets of San Fierro, it occurred to Dev that he and Jack should start something big, really big. They were both filthy rich and could pull off a very big venture as Dev called it. Jack thought about it for some time and then agreed. They headed back for Dev's Office where they decided on a 'Crime Family'. Dev already operated one, but this would be big one, a very big one.[/COLOR][/FONT]

Aerolio Crime Syndicate[/SIZE][/FONT][/COLOR]





[COLOR="blue"][FONT="Trebuchet MS"]After a lot of discussion and debate, they both decided on a name, it would be called The Aerolio Crime Syndicate, as suggested by Jack. Everything was laid out, Aerolio would come up, but a base was needed. Dev knew the place which would be perfect. It had been up for sale for a pretty long time and Dev and Jack bought it. That was the Official Headquarter of The Aerolio Crime Syndicate. Jack said he would fix things, he would contact people and get more man power and force for the Syndicate, they were both "Crime Lords" now.[/COLOR][/FONT]
