Hey, we have been together for quite some time, we are a pro clan, we said that because we are chosen from the best and willing to be the best

However, as i have observe, some of us show unprofessional act, i don't wanna sounds like dictatorish leader and pushing people around, i'm also don't say that all of you lack in everything, lemme just point some of my meaning

Some members:

-Show immature and unprofessional act, in other servers

-Some members REALLY lacking of DM skills

-Some members have 0 hours of ingame time this week, though they are online (it's ok if you c an't online, but if you do online and playing but have 0 hours/ week that's ridiculous)

-Some members does not respect clan events and schedules

-Etc

I want you who think their bad/wrong deeds mention above to improve themselve or else

From now on i will activate warning system, and when your warning goes too high then you will be punished

Don't worry, glory and forgiveness come to they who willing to change

No, no no no no just no. No that is not ridiculous, it's called having a life. Do not encourage people to play 24/7 as they could be working or revising. If their not working they will fail and their lives could mess up (big scenario but i can happen)

i said it's ridiculous because it proof that they play but don't use their xfire (which is a must in the clan requierements)

i don't say anything about must play, but use your xfire when you play
